By downloading, installing, or using the Predictor mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Predictor is a sports prediction and betting simulator application that provides:
Important: This App uses virtual tokens for betting simulation. These tokens have NO REAL MONETARY VALUE and CANNOT be exchanged for real money or goods.
Predictor offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your iTunes or Google Play account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Predictor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or match data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predictor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
