1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sir Reports ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sir Reports provides Instagram analytics services including:

Identifying users who don't follow you back
Tracking new followers and unfollowers
Profile viewer analytics (estimated data)
Follower management tools

Important: Profile viewer data is estimated based on various factors and may not reflect actual viewers. Instagram does not provide official profile viewer data.

3. Account Requirements

To use Sir Reports, you must:

Have a valid Instagram account
Be at least 13 years old
Provide accurate login information
Comply with Instagram's Terms of Service

4. Premium Subscription

Sir Reports offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

Weekly Premium: Billed weekly
Monthly Premium: Billed monthly

Subscription details:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
Not use the App for harassment or spam
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not use automated scripts or bots with the App
Respect other users' privacy

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Accuracy of profile viewer data (this is estimated)
Continuous, uninterrupted access to the App
Compatibility with all devices or Instagram updates

7. Limitation of Liability

Sir Reports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

Loss of Instagram followers
Account restrictions from Instagram
Any actions taken based on profile viewer estimates

8. Instagram Relationship

Sir Reports is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
