This Privacy Policy explains how Ocean Fight ("the app", "we", "us") handles information when you play the game. We built Ocean Fight to require as little personal data as possible.
Ocean Fight does not require an account or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location, and the app contains no advertising SDKs and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Your game progress, settings, scores, and in-app currency are saved locally on your device only (using the device's standard local storage). This data never leaves your device unless your operating system backs it up under your own iCloud/Google account, which is controlled entirely by your device settings, not by us.
Ocean Fight offers optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, and purchase status is managed through RevenueCat, our in-app purchase service provider. When you make or restore a purchase, these providers process transaction data (such as a purchase receipt, product identifier, and an anonymous device/app identifier) to deliver and validate the purchase. We never receive or store your credit card or payment details.
Ocean Fight is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app collects no personal data and requires no account, no personal information about children is gathered.
Because game data is stored locally, it remains under your control. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the app.
As we do not collect personal data on our own servers, there is no personal profile for us to access, correct, or delete. For purchase-related data, please contact Apple, Google, or RevenueCat, or reach out to us using the details below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Ocean Fight ("uygulama", "biz") oyununu oynarken bilgilerin nasıl ele alındığını açıklar. Ocean Fight'ı mümkün olduğunca az kişisel veri gerektirecek şekilde tasarladık.
Ocean Fight hesap veya giriş gerektirmez. Adınızı, e-postanızı, telefon numaranızı veya konumunuzu istemeyiz. Uygulamada reklam SDK'sı, üçüncü taraf analiz veya izleme SDK'sı bulunmaz.
Oyun ilerlemeniz, ayarlarınız, skorlarınız ve uygulama içi paranız yalnızca cihazınızda yerel olarak saklanır. Bu veriler, işletim sisteminiz kendi iCloud/Google hesabınız altında yedeklemediği sürece cihazınızdan çıkmaz; bu yedekleme tamamen sizin cihaz ayarlarınızca kontrol edilir, bizim tarafımızdan değil.
Ocean Fight isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın alımlar sunar. Satın alımlar Apple App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir ve satın alma durumu, uygulama içi satın alma hizmet sağlayıcımız RevenueCat üzerinden yönetilir. Bir satın alma yaptığınızda veya geri yüklediğinizde bu sağlayıcılar işlem verilerini (satın alma makbuzu, ürün tanımlayıcısı ve anonim bir cihaz/uygulama tanımlayıcısı gibi) işler. Kredi kartı veya ödeme bilgilerinizi asla almaz veya saklamayız.
Ocean Fight genel bir kitleye uygundur. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Uygulama kişisel veri toplamadığı ve hesap gerektirmediği için çocuklara ait hiçbir kişisel bilgi toplanmaz.
Oyun verileri yerel olarak saklandığından kontrol sizde kalır. Uygulamayı kaldırarak tüm uygulama verilerini istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Kendi sunucularımızda kişisel veri toplamadığımız için erişebileceğimiz, düzeltebileceğimiz veya silebileceğimiz bir kişisel profil yoktur. Satın alma ile ilgili veriler için lütfen Apple, Google veya RevenueCat ile ya da aşağıdaki bilgilerden bizimle iletişime geçin.
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler, yeni bir "Son güncelleme" tarihiyle bu sayfaya yansıtılır.
