By downloading or playing Ocean Fight you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Ocean Fight for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play.
Ocean Fight offers optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency and items. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed, not sold, to you. All purchases are final except where a refund is required by law or granted by Apple or Google under their own policies. Refund requests are handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by us.
You agree not to cheat, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to disrupt the app, and not to use it in any unlawful way.
Ocean Fight, including its artwork, audio, code, and name, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Bu koşullara ve App Store veya Google Play kurallarına tabi olmak üzere, Ocean Fight'ı sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda kişisel, ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve iptal edilebilir bir lisans veriyoruz.
Ocean Fight, sanal para ve öğeler dahil isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın alımlar sunar. Sanal öğelerin gerçek dünyada parasal değeri yoktur, nakde çevrilemez ve size satılmaz, lisanslanır. Yasa gereği iade gereken veya Apple ya da Google'ın kendi politikaları kapsamında iade verilen durumlar dışında tüm satın alımlar nihaidir. İade talepleri bizim değil, App Store veya Google Play tarafından işlenir.
Hile yapmamayı, tersine mühendislik uygulamamayı, uygulamayı kurcalamamayı veya işleyişini bozmaya çalışmamayı ve uygulamayı hukuka aykırı biçimde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Ocean Fight; görselleri, sesleri, kodu ve adı dahil olmak üzere bize aittir ve ilgili yasalarla korunmaktadır. İzinsiz kopyalayamaz, dağıtamaz veya türev çalışmalar oluşturamazsınız.
Uygulama, herhangi bir garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, uygulamayı kullanmanızdan doğan dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Uygulamayı ve bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Değişikliklerden sonra kullanıma devam etmeniz güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
