Nasıl talep edilir?

info@urbanlog.com.tr adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin.
E-postada hesabınıza kayıtlı ad-soyad ve e-posta/telefon bilgisini belirtin.
Kimlik doğrulamasının ardından talebiniz işleme alınır.

Hangi veriler silinir?

Hesabınız ve şu kişisel veriler silinir: ad-soyad, T.C. kimlik numarası, e-posta, telefon, yüklediğiniz belge ve fotoğraflar, konum kayıtları ve hesap/oturum bilgileri.

Saklanabilecek veriler

Yürürlükteki mevzuat gereği (örn. mali/yasal kayıt yükümlülükleri) belirli veriler, ilgili saklama süresi boyunca tutulabilir; bu süre sonunda silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.

Süre

Talebiniz, kimlik doğrulamasını takiben en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.

You can request deletion of your Urban Driver account and associated personal data. Start your request by emailing us from the email or phone number associated with your account:

How to request

Send an email titled "Account Deletion Request" to info@urbanlog.com.tr.
Include your registered full name and email/phone.
After identity verification, your request is processed.

What is deleted

Your account and the following personal data: full name, national ID number, email, phone, uploaded documents and photos, location records, and account/session information.

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained for the period required by applicable law (e.g., financial/legal record-keeping obligations), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Timeframe

Requests are completed within 30 days of identity verification.
